Our Warehouse

Not to brag, but our warehouse has an enormous capacity to fit all the dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers to fully mitigate any job that comes our way. This means we are eminently prepared with the proper equipment for your property’s water, fire, or mold damage.
Not only does the space afford us the ability to stock our equipment, but it also allows us the ample real estate to securely store any of our customers’ belongings that may need to be removed during the mitigation process. From large bed frames, armoires, and dinner tables to small chairs and packed boxes of books, we can tightly wrap, protect, and store our customer’s most valuable items. And once we finish mitigating and restoring a property, all possessions will be returned in the same condition they were in when taken.
Introducing Our SERVPRO Construction Team!

Alexis Chavez and Maria Fuster, Our SERVPRO Construction Team!
We are extremely excited to announce our continued commitment to our SERVPRO Construction Team! Tasked with furthering the excellent work our Mitigation Team performs, the Construction Team turns our motto “Like it never even happened,” into a reality by closely working with our customers and ensuring we exceed their needs and expectations. Our team wouldn’t be possible without the two hard working ladies leading it, so we are even more proud to introduce the awesome Alexis Chavez and Maria Fuster!
Alexis graduated from The University of Mary Washington in 2019 with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Business Spanish. While at UMW, she played soccer at a highly competitive level, where she honed her cooperative spirit and perseverance. When she’s not at work helping our construction process run smoothly, she still enjoys playing soccer in the local adult league and cooking for family and friends.
Maria was born and raised in Northern Virginia and graduated from George Mason University in 2016 with a BA in History. After five years of teaching high school history, she decided her planning and organizational skills could be utilized elsewhere. Taking a leap of faith, she earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and changed her career path to commercial construction. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
Both Alexis and Maria excel at bringing the goals of our customers to life, whether that be to restore what was or improve upon it. Their dedication to customer service is impressive and their attention to detail upholds our pledge to only the highest standards of performance. Rest assured, our customers are in good hands with either one leading their projects. As such, we could not ask for a better pair to lead the future of our Construction Team!
